Hot do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. How do I clean my leather bag?
Apply the leather cleaner onto a cloth and gently and evenly wipe it on the surface. Avoid contact with water. Remember, well-maintained leather ages gracefully, akin to a fine red wine.
What happens if the leather gets very wet?
Do not use a hair dryer to dry a wet bag as it can damage the leather. Instead, use a dry cloth and air out the bag. Avoid detergents or chemicals, and use a damp cloth to clean.
